Terms of Service

These Terms govern the services provided by Coolbest Aircon ("we", "us") to you ("the customer"). By booking a service — via WhatsApp, phone, email or our website — you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide aircon servicing, chemical wash and overhaul, repair, installation and gas top-up services within Singapore. Scope and price are agreed in writing (including WhatsApp messages) before paid work begins.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices published on our website or quoted in writing are the prices we honour.
  • Payment is due on completion of the job unless otherwise agreed (commercial contracts may be invoiced monthly).
  • We accept PayNow, bank transfer, cash, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.

3. 90-Day Workmanship Warranty

  • All services are covered by a 90-day workmanship warranty, written on your invoice.
  • If the same fault we worked on returns within 90 days of the visit, we return and fix it at no charge.
  • Warranty does not cover: new faults unrelated to the serviced work, damage caused by misuse, or faults caused by unauthorised third-party repairs after our visit.
  • Spare parts carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 6–12 months).

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please message us at least 4 hours before a scheduled appointment to reschedule. Repeated no-shows without notice may incur a S$30 re-booking fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details of the unit, issue, and access conditions.
  • Ensure a responsible adult is at the premises during the service visit.
  • Allow reasonable access to outdoor condenser units (service balcony, roof, or side ledge).

6. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the service you paid for, save where liability cannot be excluded under Singapore law. We are fully insured for workmanship-related damage arising out of our services.

7. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in the Singapore courts.
