General aircon servicing at Coolbest starts at S$50 for 1 unit and scales to S$115 for 6 units — a flat per-unit rate with no hidden charges. Chemical wash runs S$90–S$180 per unit depending on the system type. You get a written quote before any paid work begins.
How quickly can you come for an urgent aircon repair?

Do you offer a warranty on aircon servicing and repairs?
Every service and repair at Coolbest is covered by a 90-day workmanship warranty. If the same fault returns within 90 days of our visit, we come back and fix it at no charge. The warranty is written on your invoice — no small print, no exclusions for 'normal wear'.
Which aircon brands can you service and repair?
Our technicians are trained across every major brand sold in Singapore: Daikin (including VRV and Inverter Smile), Mitsubishi Electric (Starmex and Mr. Slim), Panasonic (Econavi), Toshiba, LG and Hitachi. We carry common replacement parts — PCBs, capacitors, fan motors — for each brand so most repairs finish in one visit.
Do you service aircons in Bishan, Marine Parade and Central Singapore?
Yes — we cover the whole island. Our base in Jurong West means same-day response across the West Region, while Central areas like Bishan, Toa Payoh, Queenstown and Marine Parade are typically next-day. Travel is included in the per-unit price; no island-wide surcharge.
What's the difference between a chemical wash and a chemical overhaul?
A chemical wash dismantles the indoor fan coil and soaks it in alkaline solution — the right fix for mould, smell and weak airflow. A chemical overhaul goes further: we also remove the outdoor condenser, clean the compressor and reassemble with new insulation. Overhaul is usually recommended every 3–5 years for units older than 7 years.
